The spring contacts in the aerial module have no contact with the rear screen (aerial).

Optimised spring contacts in the aerial module.
Resolution
Check whether the problem is resolved by pressing against the aerial module.
Also check the reception level for changes.
Audi A8 (4E):
Observe the reception level in the K-Box (address 56) in the measured value block 06.
If pressing the aerial module improves the situation, replace please the aerial module.
