Problem

The phone or the fixed installation headset (only with PR No. 9ZW) cannot be connected with the vehicle via Bluetooth.

Incorrect adjustment of the phone control unit at the factory.

Measure

If the approved phone (see www.audi.de/telefon) or the fixed installation headset cannot be connected

via Bluetooth, check the adjustment channel 133 of the phone control unit. The adjustment channel 133 must have the value “ 1” .

Adjustment channel 133:

value 0 = Bluetooth off

value 1 = Bluetooth on
